Andre Rafael Ph.D., L.Ac., QME

The president of Beverly Hills Bio-Testing Center is Andre Rafael. Practicing Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine for over 10 years, Dr. Rafael has dedicated himself to providing unequaled service in the field of Oriental Medicine.

He is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and licensed by the California State Acupuncture Board. He is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California, Industrial Medical Council.

In order to serve his patients to the fullest, he has undergone twelve months of training in advanced Acupuncture Orthopedics. He has also done his post-graduate studies in China to further his understanding of Acupuncture and how it is applied to modern medicine.

Dr. Rafael has spent two years as clinical dean and director of Oriental Medical Center at DRU, one of the biggest Oriental Medical schools in Los Angeles and most recently developed their internship program at USC. He is currently the Externship Director at DRU and is overseeing the program at USC and Pasadena Recovery Center as well as being part of the teaching staff.

Dr. Rafael also holds hospital privileges at Good Samaritan Hospital, Encino/Tarzana Regional Medical Center And Sherman Oaks Hospital as a member of staff. 

Dr. Rafael recieved his BS in Electronics Engineering from University of California at Irvine, after which he began his research into the body's Electro-Magnetic field and ultimately it's Bio-Energy field. He is also a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician who specializes in Classical Homeopathy. All of These enable him to integrate his knowlegde of Electronics, Quantum Physics and Biology, Homeopathy, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, to successfully treat a variety of disorders. But as the famous saying goes: " It is better to  stay well than to get well", Dr. Rafael uses the state of the art in preventive medicine to offer longevity and vitality by means of the NES Bio-Energy testing and the NES remedies.
